As a qualified hypnotherapist, I help individuals connect with themselves and life at their own pace to enhance and engage their inner soul and subconscious mind. I believe in the wholesome method, which states that in order to recover, we must address our mind, spirit, and body as one entity. When one person falls "off balance," it can impact the others. There is a deep bond between the mind, body, and soul. When working on your personal development, it is critical that you address both your physical and mental health needs.

When it comes to health and wellbeing, it's no surprise that when we're not feeling well physically, it affects our emotional state, and when we're not feeling well mentally, it affects our physical health. This indicates that your thinking, attitude, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and emotional state have a direct impact on your physical health, and vice versa. 

During a hypnotherapy session, I use guided relaxation, imagery, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness known as a trance, which allows people to connect with their subconscious mind and work through hidden issues in their minds, as well as "reprogram" the subconscious mind to align with the needs of our conscious minds.

I provide Online, and In-Office Hypnosis Therapy Sessions. Typically, the first session lasts 90 minutes. After that, they are then one-hour sessions. 

During the first few sessions, I think it's imperative that you make the time to visit me every seven to ten days. This is crucial since it gives us a regular idea of how far you've come and gives you some genuine momentum.
