The Benefits of life coaching

Numerous benefits or effects of life coaching are derived from social science studies. 
I use positive and social psychology as a guide to assist me work with people.

In fact, with individualised care, 77% will see a considerable improvement in their state of well-being in three to four months. 

Reduced stress (and increased resilience): According to the same research mentioned above, one advantage of coaching for me is reduced stress and increased resilience.
