Existence of mental health varies. While some people never have symptoms, others do so sometimes throughout their lives. In that spectrum, there is a large middle: 55% of people are in a state of languishing.
Building your mental fitness is crucial to keeping that large middle from slipping down the spectrum.
And that is the role that coaching plays. You may develop a solid mental fitness routine with coaching, making you more resilient to life's challenges. Consider it an addition to your mental health care, not a replacement.
